How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Standard delivery time is 3-6 business days for shipments in the continental US, and 10-15 for international orders. All packages are shipped via USPS unless otherwise requested.
To expedite a shipment for an online order, please choose a UPS option from the shipping menu during checkout.
To check on the status of an existing order, email sales@bagthehabit.com.
What is your return policy?
All purchases are fully refunded if returned within 30 days of purchase date in original condition. Packing slip or confirmation of order must be included with the return. Credits are processed within 3 business days.
Can I buy the bags in a retail store in my area?
Please email sales@bagthehabit.com for a list of our retail partners.
Where are your products made and where do your materials come from?
We choose suppliers who offer the highest-quality sustainable materials. As a result, Bag the Habit partners with companies around the world. We manufacture in both the United States and China, depending on the availability of materials and production deadlines. To inquire about a specific product’s country of origin, please email info@bagthehabit.com.
Can your products be recycled?
Yes, we have an active textile recycling program. If your bag reaches the end of it’s lifespan, we encourage you to send it back to us for recycling. We will even accept reusable bags from other companies! For each bag sent you will receive a $2 credit towards your next online purchase at bagthehabit.com.
Are the bags machine-washable?
Yes, all of our products can be machine-washed. You will also find that they air dry very quickly!
Is using a reusable bag really that important?
The answer is without a doubt, yes. From production line to landfill, disposable bags diminish natural resources, threaten wildlife and generate an array of toxins and pollutants. For more information visit the Why Reusable? section of this site.
Why are your bags a better choice than other reusable bags on the market?
