{QUESTIONS ABOUT ORDERING}
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Standard delivery time is 2-5 business days for shipments in the Continental US.
International orders are typically deliver within 8-15 days. You will have the option to choose an expedited shipping option during checkout.

How do I track my order?
You will receive a tracking number in your shipment confirmation, which is sent to the email address you provide when you place your order. Visit the carrier website (USPS.com, FedEx.com or UPS.com) to track your package. If you have placed an order but not received an email confirmation, please contact Bags@bagthehabit.com

Can I cancel an order I’ve already placed? 
Sorry, you cannot. Once an order is submitted online it is processed immediately by our distribution team. To return your items and request a refund, follow these return instructions once your package arrives.

Can I buy Bag the Habit bags in a retail store in my area?
Please email Bags@bagthehabit.com with your zip code to locate the nearest retailer.

Do you have bulk pricing? I’d like to purchase bags to use as
gifts/wedding favors/etc.
You can take advantage of bulk pricing on orders over 25 pieces per style. Email Bags@bagthehabit.com for bulk pricing and ordering instructions.

Are the bags machine-washable? Are they recyclable?
Yes, all of our reusable shopping bags can be machine washed. Any special instructions will be clearly noted on the product description. And yes again, most textile products (including our bags) are recyclable. Read about how to recycle textiles here.

 
{RETURNS & EXCHANGES}
What is your return policy?
All purchases will be fully refunded if returned within 30 days of purchase date in original condition. You can find instructions for returns here.

How do I exchange for another color/product?
You may exchange any purchase if the item is returned to us within 30 days of the purchase date, and in it’s original condition. You can find instructions for exchanges here.

What happens if my bag has a quality problem?
Bag the Habit promises Lifetime Performance. We will replace any product, at any time, that doesn’t perform as we’ve designed it to. If you have an item you need to exchange, please follow the return instructions and include a detailed note about the performance issue you are having with the product.

Your username is your email. It cannot be reset, but you can create another account if you would like to use a different email.

Will you share my information if I create an account?
Never. Your contact information is only used to reach you about order-related issues, as well as as Bag the Habit news, events or promotions (if you have opted to receive these updates).
